Educational Resources

I’ve created several free educational resources about archaeology and history. They are available to download on my Teachers Pay Teachers site and at the links below.

G.R.A.V.E. introduce high school students to archaeology and local history by learning about and recording historic cemeteries. Through this process, students exercise critical thinking skills, make local connections to broad historical events, and contribute to their local communities. The lessons are free to download from Florida Public Archaeology Network.

Think Like an Archaeologist engages students with archaeological concepts through activities like Stratigraphy, Cookie Excavation, Historic Ceramics, and Artifact Analysis. The lessons are free to download from the University of South Alabama Center for Archaeological Studies.
